“Mom! Today we watched a letter movie and I didn’t care that
Sophia rested on my shoulder with her head.”
“Oh, you sat by Sophia?”
“Uh-huh and I didn’t care that she laid on me. It was ok.”
Dad reminded him that he can’t date until he’s 16 and then
serenaded us all with a little Paul Anka, “Put Your Head on My Shoulder, Hold
Me in your Arms, Baby.”
Andrew gets a little sensitive if he thinks you are laughing
at him, so I was a tad concerned this would end badly. Instead he fell into a
fit of giggles…no doubt because he had already imagined just this scenario with
the lovely Sophia.
Oh yes, this kid is a lover! What are we going to do when holding hands
gets boring?
